My fuel cap door gave up and contacted my dealer who was extremely useless in giving guidance. Took the car to a nearby garage as advised by the warranty people but was advised the problem is internal, too hard for them to fix and I was advised to take my car to Audi, who gave me a booking for the next two weeks just for diagnostics. As I couldn’t wait that long having a broken fuel cap and I needed my car for my commute to work and out of desperation earlier, tried some alternatives and found this garage on Google with very good reviews. As they have outstanding feedback from users, I did not hesitate to contact them and was booked at the same hour. They immediately found the issue with my fuel cap door and luckily, the solenoid part is available too, so it was a 15-minute job and managed to sort out the problem that other bigger and reputable garages would have taken weeks to figure out and charging me the humongous amount of money. The cost of parts and service is reasonable, considering the same day-same hour service I received earlier. Thank you MS Autos, definitely know now where to take my car if I have issues.
